[Pkg-shadow-devel] Bug#308184: login: /etc/login.defs please remove $Id$ - causes conflicts during upgrade

Please remove the version control identified '$Id: ...' from the
/etc/login.defs because during upgrades it marks the file changes and
with conflicts. The other issue is that the file may be locally
version controlled and obviously the Id tag chnage from upstream
causes conflicts.
