[Pkg-shadow-devel] Release schedule for 4.0.3-35

If no other RC issue pops up, I plan the following release schedule
for 4.0.3-35:

-May 27th 2005: stop commits to CVS
-May 31th 2005: 4.0.3-35 uploaded
-June 1st 2005: 4.0.3-35 enters unstable

So, as soon as I will have commited the -34 changes, the CVS will be
reopened for commits.

Please make you best for first trying to sort out the 0xx patches,
commit obvious fixes we have here and there in the BTS (still applying
our rules if these are upstream patches-->commit as 3xx for things
fixed upstream and 4xx for things not yet fixed upstream).

Please try to MINIMIZE the 4xx fixes. These ones MUST go upstream, so
talk to Tomasz about it and remind him the issue (remember that we
"spammed" the poor Tomasz with lot of stuff recently, which may be
hard for him to handle).

I will continue the bug triage, hopefully.

Martin, you can go ahead and work on switching to quilt. Just ask when
you need us to stop commiting, if needed.

Later schedules will be about one or two releases a month as long as
we don't have the 0xx patches completely sorted out. Then we will work
on the switch to upstream version.

There's still a little chance that I leave for a few days to Chile at
the end of the month, with uncertain connectivity (for a Free Software
conference there, representing the Debian project). In that case, I may
make the release schedule a little, depending on the ways I will have
to read my mail and get network access.
