In 62821, the bug reporter suggests that vipw syncs shadow and passwd
files.

Indeed, vipw already has the "-s" option to edit the shadow file, but
it could probably=20

-either sync the changes made to the username in one of those
 to keep both synced

-warn the user about possible desynchronisation when changing the
username

-or have an option to edit BOTH files at the same time (or
successively)

Tomasz, what is your feeling about this=A0? I guess this has been an
often requested feature...
