Done (rev. 133).

(I'm sending this notification because the one from Alioth may never
come).

I also reverted some changes in 005 (one chunk was missing).
And made some changes to 2 or 3 files in order to keep them closer from
the CVS (they differed because of a diff in 005).

The patches still apply cleanly.

I will probably be off-line from tomorrow noon to Monday noon (CEST).
