[Pkg-shadow-devel] IRC communication

>From time to time, Martin, Alexander and I have been communication on
IRC about shadow package maintenance. Never happened with Nico, but it
could some day too.

What do you people think about having a channel for this? This would
help for discussions with more than two people.

The channel would probably be empty most of the time but could improve
instant communciation.

However, I have no idea about how to create a channel..:-)
