login PAM modules actually include /etc/pam.d/common-* files which all
have default values considered to be "safe".
So, this bug certainly does not belong to the login package but to the
libpam-runtime package, which these files belong to.
Indeed, given the default contents of these files, which appear very
safe to me, I think this bug should be closed as pointless.
