[Pkg-shadow-devel] Commit messages now also appear on IRC

People, I'm happy to announce that comit messages to the SVN
repository of Debian package for shadow will now appear on the IRC
channel, thanks to CIA: http://cia.navi.cx/

The Debian Installer project already uses CIA, and this has proven
useful to also have commit messages appear on IRC.

Tomasz, feel free to send you own CVS commit messages there as well,
assuming that post-commit hooks are also possible with CVS.
