Given that Tomasz is very close to release 4.0.13 AND that we very
probably *won't* be forced to release another 4.0.12, I propose that
we move all this to the trunk.

The plan is currently waiting for the 10 days delay for 4.0.12 to be
allowed entering testing, then upload 4.0.13. Hopefully, there is no
other blocker than the 10 days delay....I'm not really sure.

If there's another blocker, then we'll see. I would really have
testing's shadow updated.
