What is in your /etc/pam.d/rsh? /etc/pam.d/rlogin?

Well, I don't have such lines from in.rlogind in
my auth.log (I try on localhost)...

Subsequent rsh calls _on /dev/pts/1_?

I tried with login 1:4.0.3-35 and /bin/sh symlinked to
dash -- the same effect, i.e. everything works...

please?
