Well, we can certainly play words for a long time..:-). Alexander was
right as this is a "should"....but Piotr was right as he did not set
the bug severity as RC (which should have been OK if we have a
"must").

So, anyway, the next release will embark upstream's changelog and
thanks again, Piotr, for reporting this.
