[Pkg-shadow-devel] Translation updates and upstream CVS

This is now an upstream issue but I'd like to raise something that
annoys me in upstream CVS.

The po directory has no POT file in it.

OK, for sure, this file can be generated from sources and developers
don't like maintaining it it RCS systems.

However, such file is a HUGE help for translators. Hence, I'd
recommend, Tomasz, that it is maintained in your CVS (and of course,
you regenerate it as soon as a string is changed by a patch).

This would help starting a big translation update round by sending a
call for updates now rather than one week before the release.

I'm actually sick of seeing that the French translation had ONE fuzzy
string mostly because of this....
