GOals for the next release:

-use 4.0.13
-release in unstable
-fix all nasty bugs reported by testers

Non mandatory goals:

-Fix more bugs
-Transfer mor epatches to upstream
-Use cdbs and clean out debian/rules (Christine?)

Target date of next release: End of September
