From current lastlog(8):
OPTIONS
       The options which apply to the lastlog command are:
       -b, --before DAYS
              Print only lastlog records older than DAYS.
[..]
       -t, --time DAYS
              Print the lastlog records more recent than DAYS.
[..]
       The -t flag overrides the use of -u.
-b option is new and will be avalaible in shadow 4.0.13.
