The usual Debian policy is just mark bugs as pending by sending such a
control message to the BTS (control at bugs.d.o is BCC'ed to this mail).

The exception *I* make to this is for current shadow *translations*
which I *currently* prefer closing rather than just mark pending
because of the synchronization work in progress.

I probably wasn't really clear on that issue, Tomasz, so don't
apologize, the mistake is mine.

I'll add a "Closes: #328113" line in the debian/changelog file for the
version we're currently preparing.
