[Pkg-shadow-devel] Changing the schedule

Given that Tomasz seems to plan releasing 4.0.13 on Oct 3rd, I may
upload a 4.0.12-2 package to unstable before this.

This will help in getting immediate feedback about what we break with
the upstream resync....while we also have some time to prepare the
4.0.13 release.

I'm actually building 4.0.12-2 and, in the same time, I try building
the CVS version, just to figure out what will need to be adapted for
it in our debian/ directory.
