We are talking about _uploading_ packages that have been signed by the
"real" maintainer. So we are not talking NMU, and authentication is
not that strictly necessary.

Packages are duly signed with my key and are ready for dput. This is
_not_ an NMU.

I'd appreciate if adduser could finally move to testing with this
adduser/passwd combination since the experimental adduser branch
should be in unstable asap.
