Subscribed. Note, I'll be on leave 2005-09-30 .. 2005-10-09 and out of
country, so if you want fast handling - now it's the time :-).

My Debianized package is available through apt-get (repo is not HTTP
browsable):

    deb     http://debian.cante.net/debian unstable main
    deb-src http://debian.cante.net/debian unstable main

And then

    apt-get --yes -y o Debug::nolocking=true source nologin

There are two files that are really simple:

    nologin.c       From BSD; which I changed a bit 
                    to work under Debian

    nologin-passwd  Simple shell script that I wrote to change
                    /bin/false to /bin/nologin in
                    /etc/passwd

I've already svn co'd the pkg-shadow, so let me know where to
look next. My alioth login name is "jaalto-guest".
