Severity: normal
File: /etc/pam.d/su
Hi,
when using su - the /etc/environment will not be used. My opinion is
that su - should behave just as login does so it should use the same
pam modules.
In this case the pam_env.so is missing in su.
# This module parses /etc/environment (the standard for setting
# environ vars) and also allows you to use an extended config
# file /etc/security/pam_env.conf.
# (Replaces the `ENVIRON_FILE' setting from login.defs)
auth required pam_env.so
If there are more differences they should probably be corrected too.
