apt-listchanges rules!  First, I even thought that it was the changelog
file, and started wondering how a package could get accepted like this.
Then I missed the cheese and came to the conclusion that it must be a
NEWS.Debian file...

Where's the problem?  It's just cosmetic, isn't it?
