Sorry, do you mean update the german man page? In what sense should
the german version be translated? Or s/translate/maintain/ ?

Please correct me if I'm wrong, the procedure is now as follows:
a) The english man page and all available translations are transformed
   via po4a into po-files
b) Some "smart" algorithm tries to align the original and translations
   and marks all (?) strings fuzzy
c) Translators are asked to check their respective po-file

Is this correct?

P.S. The english man page is correct, i.e. the -f flag and friends are
not available in Debian?
