[Pkg-shadow-devel] Info: release shadow 4.0.17

In coming monday I plan release next version shadow (4.0.17) due found
problems in useradd with create mail spool.

Also this will be first version with fully regenerated ru man pages
using man/ru/ru.po -> xml -> roff. I found workaround for generate
correct translated XML files. Current xml2po do not generates correctly
translated xml files (missing lang="<lang>" attribute in <refentry> tag
which now is inserted using sed).
For regenerate pl man pages is necessary fixed common/pl.xml for 
docbook XSL sheets available in docbook BTS:

Still is not finished last phase of translation framework: automated
generate roff files from translated xml files but now it is very close
for finish this (after generate translated xml roff files can be
generated by hand by "cd man/<lang>; xsltproc -nonet
http://docbook.sourceforge.net/release/xsl/current/manpages/docbook.xsl
