[Pkg-shadow-devel] Applying translation updates to current Debian files before they're applied upstream

Hello,

We now have a quite clean debian/patches directory, though several
patches there certainly need to be applied upstream (Tomasz, when
giving some time to shadow, please again have a look there, especially
in the 4xx series).

This, IMHO, allows us to begin applying translation fixes we receive
in the Debian BTS, *before* they're applied in upstream and published
with a new release.

We will anyway need to do this when Debian base system will be froze
(scheduled for September)), which will forbid us to switch to upstream
versions for a few months while translation updates will be allowed.

I will commit these translation updates to the 3xx series, because all
of them have been applied upstream.
