[Pkg-shadow-devel] Trunk resynced with the etch branch

I think that I bringed back everything we changed lately during the
etch freeze to the trunk.

Nicolas, I suggest you have a look too, just to see whether:

- I did not forget anything
- The last UNRELEASED changelog entry really reflects the reality

Then we will upload the first version of the package for lenny. And we
can probably move on to make the final cleaning of the bug log.

Then we will try to wake our upstream up..:-)
