[Pkg-shadow-devel] patch for the Debian manpages

Hi,

Here is a patch which fixes some issues in the manpages.

The man pages are currently not generated automatically, so we do not
benefit from the new DocBook XSL Stylesheets v1.71.0 (e.g. formatting
issue in passwd(5).

The translated man pages are not generated automatically neither, thus the
translated manpages inherit from the same issues plus:
 * the swedish fix is not propagated (#403210 is partially fixed; i.e. the
   manpages are recoded to ISO-8859-1, but some characters are weird)
 * The Debian changes to the English manpages are not propagated.

I prepared a patch 200_regenerate_manpages.gz which was created by
manually generating all the manpages.
As the patch is quite huge (and most of the changes do not change the
formatting), I also prepared a smaller patch (manually), which fix the
most obvious issues (mentioned above). See 200_regenerate_manpages2.gz.

Do we apply it to the Etch branch? (the large, the small?)

It's a pitty we are spending so much time during the build for translating
the XML pages since the final groff pages are not generated anyway.
