Good. Perfect moment for us to try dealing with the few remaining
issues.

Zero-bug is now the target. Closing unreproducible old bugs is
allowed. Closing old wontfix bugs is allowed as well. I'm sick with
packages keeping old stuff "just in case" for obscure reasons.
