[Pkg-shadow-devel] Release number?

Given the changes currently merged in by Nicolas, I think the new
version could deserve to be named 4.1.0, 4.2.0 or so.

This is currently just an idea in the wild, but I think it deserves
being commented.

I actually don't have much clues about TOmasz version numbering
system. Anyone with a reference?
