I was expecting a new release, but not that close ;)

So here is shadow 4.1.3.1

It fixes a bug in login which could have security consequences (wrong
parsing of octal numbers, causing wrong permissions on TTYs, and wrong
usage of UMASK, ERASECHAR or KILLCHAR). Only 4.1.3 was impacted.

4.1.3.1 also provides some small bug fixes mostly related to the SE Linux
support.
