I do not have selinux.h, required to run './configure --with-selinux' (found 
in autogen.sh).  That's why I ran 'autoreconf --force --install' and then 
'./configure' instead of just ./autogen.sh.

How can I disable USE_NLS in man/Makefile.am?  By editing the file or by
