[Pkg-shadow-devel] Bug#527307: Detail concerning the quota

I forgot to add to the original report, that the quota limit in  
question was a group quota for the users primary group. I don't know  
why passwd needs to write anything on the root filesystem with the  
user's uid or gid, as this seems a bit risky, and I haven't tested if  
the same happens with only user quota limits.
