[Pkg-shadow-devel] Bug#552006: Regression from etch

I looked into the code of useradd, but I'm having difficulties understanding
it. As far as I can tell though, the bug is in useradd's code, not in
shadow/passwd/glibc. If I copy the useradd binary from etch on a lenny
machine, it works as expected.
