Can you still reproduce this issue?

If yes, can you provide the additional information (see below, in the
previous mail I sent on January 20) needed to reproduce this bug (I received no other bugs
reporting a failure to login as root on console).

If I do not receive this information, I will close this bug in a week
since I would not be able to reproduce or fix this bug.
