The file unfortunately fails to validate with msgfmt:

ja.po:91: number of format specifications in 'msgid' and 'msgstr' does not match
ja.po:230: `msgid' and `msgstr' entries do not both end with '\n'
ja.po:1544: number of format specifications in 'msgid' and 'msgstr' does not match
ja.po:1548: `msgid' and `msgstr' entries do not both end with '\n'
ja.po:1552: number of format specifications in 'msgid' and 'msgstr' does not match
ja.po:1978: number of format specifications in 'msgid' and 'msgstr' does not match
ja.po:1994: number of format specifications in 'msgid' and 'msgstr' does not match
msgfmt: found 8 fatal errors
ja.po: 486 translated messages.

Would you mind fixing it?
