Dear all,

Thanks a lot for your contributions.
All hardening flags should now be set at build time.

Regarding the test suite, the following tests failed, but that was
expected
 * tests which rely on timing
 * tests with error injection (dlopen in a LD_PRELOAD library)

I usually test with DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS="noopt nostrip" so this should not
be a problem.
