[Pkg-shadow-devel] Bug#661802: passwd: useradd does not return 13 if fails to create mail spool

Package: passwd
Version: 1:4.1.4.2+svn3283-3ubuntu2
Severity: normal
Tags: upstream

According to man page, useradd should exit with code '13' if it can't create
mail spool. In reality, useradd just prints warning and exits with code '0'.
Either useradd should be improved or man page should be updated.
