[Pkg-shadow-devel] Bug#740055: Broken upstream homepage URL for package shadow

The <URL: http://packages.qa.debian.org/s/shadow.html > list
<URL: http://pkg-shadow.alioth.debian.org/ > as the upstream homepage of
the shadow project, but the latter URL do not work.

Please update the homepage URL to a working one, or get upstream to fix
the URL.
