[Pkg-shadow-devel] usermod -d and "user ... is currently in use"

$ sudo usermod -d /some/dir user
usermod: user user is currently used by process 6088

I *know* that the user is in use. I don't care. I'm not specifying
-m; nothing terribly will happen.

Please consider either removing this check in this case or adding a
force option.

Thanks,
Andy
