[Pkg-shadow-devel] Bug in --disable-subordinate-ids in shadow-4.2.1

Hi,

the upstream currently is https://github.com/shadow-maint/shadow

For debian maintainers - would it help to have a staging area for
candidate packages, so people like me with no DD/DM could better
contribute?  (The patch is already in github so should be trivial
to cherrypick)
