Given the delays over the last few months that should be no a big deal :)

For now I've pushed the release tarball to
github.com/shadow-maint/shadow-releases.  When someone (and sure, it could be
me, could happen...) decides to write a shadow web page for shadow.github.com
or whatever, we can present from there to something more like
https://linuxcontainers.org/lxc/downloads/
