Ok, I've gone ahead and fixed up the last two patches needing fixing
(except for the Vietnamese translations which will simply need to wait,
Trần Ngọc Quân will hopefully find time soon) and uploaded to mentors at
https://mentors.debian.net/debian/pool/main/s/shadow/shadow_4.4-1.dsc .

I'm basically hoping we get either something based on this - or something
entirely different from scratch - uploaded, and then I/we post a wnpp for
shadow.
