I'd like to upload the attached debdiff.
If I hear no objections I'll upload it tomorrow.

Actually, turns out the previous usage of hardning-wrapper was not even
doing proper hardening, as lintian can confirm, wheras now it does...

Of course, nicer fix would be to switch to debhelper compat level >= 9.
