Changelog file for upgrading shadow's package on the debian system is missing from the repository.   

Failed to fetch the changelog for login

Failed to fetch the changelog for passwd
URI was: http://packages.debian.org/changelogs/pool/main/s/shadow/shadow_4.2-3+deb8u3/changelog


Would the maintainer of the package be kind to upload it into the repository?   Thanks!
