Package: passwd
Version: 1:4.4-4
Severity: wishlist
File: /usr/sbin/useradd
Dear Maintainer,
Creating a new user on a machine with btrfs needs improvement of
creating its home-dir.
With btrfs-subvolumes i can give easily quota to users home and i can do
other things on backups if each home is in it's own subvolume.
If /etc/skel is is itself a btrfs-subvolume, i can easy create a users
home whith the snapshot-ability from btrfs.
So to be flexible, it would be a good point, to have the ability to
place a hook for creating a subvolume or directory in the process.
regards
jakob
