[Pkg-shadow-devel] Notice of mailing list closure: pkg-shadow-devel

Thanks - he gave up maintainership of shadow awhile ago, and I'd prefer
not to bother him if possible.  

Could the new maintainer, Balint (cc:d) be given ownership, so he can
decide on the action to take?
