[Pkg-shadow-devel] Bug#1040064: login: bookworm version of /etc/pam.d/login references debian etch

Dear Maintainer,

the version of /etc/pam.d/login that's distributed with debian bookworm contains reference to debian etch, in the comment "locale variables are also kept into /etc/default/locale in etch".

This comment is no longer helpful because lots of users don't even know that 'etch' was a debian release name.

Please reword this comment to remove the reference to etch.
