[Pkg-shadow-devel] shadow 4.17.0-rc1 in experimental

Hi,

I've uploaded shadow 4.17.0-rc1 to experimental.

Upstream worked on a lot of code cleanups.

Two additional things for Debian:

1) I've imported the draft patch from
https://github.com/shadow-maint/shadow/pull/1141
Let's see if it will be ready for 4.17.0 and/or if we just keep it
as is? Anyway it's good to give it some exposure.

2) Allowed names are slightly more restricted now: purely numeric
names and "." and ".." are now forbidden again. I think this part
was not controversial in the big thread about usernames.

Please try the new binaries!
