Dear Maintainer,

I wanted to update the German version of the manpages. Wenn opening the 
po-file frmm

  https://i18n.debian.org/material/po/unstable/main/s/shadow/man/po/shadow_1%3a4.19.3-2_de.po.gz
  https://www.debian.org/international/l10n/po4a/de

I found that it has been created to long ago to allow the creation 
of up-to-date localized documentation; see header

  # German translation of shadow-man-pages

  "PO-Revision-Date: 2023-02-08 22:03+0100\n"

Please update (the English part of) this file to allow delivery of 
up-to-date translationss in a po-file.
