[Pkg-shadow-devel] shadow: new upstream release 4.20.2

Dear `shadow` maintainers,

`shadow` 4.20.0 (and 4.20.2, for that matter) have been released
upstream [1]. These include some removals, some changes and some bug
fixes. Among the fixes is one that unblocks a downstream feature in
adduser (namely [2]).

In the hope that this might be useful, I have attempted to upgrade the
package myself at [3]. This involved rebasing all patches (disclaimer: I
only resolved the git conflicts, I did not check whether the patches are
correct :), though everything seemed reasonable at a glance), removing
references to the `expiry` program which was removed upstream, changing
the version number of libsubid since it had an soname bump, and removing
a now-unused dependency. Feel free to use this as-is or to make any
other changes that may be necessary.

I checked that autopkgtest still passes (and that `adduser`'s
autopkgtest passes too with the new version of shadow), and there's no
(new) lintian warnings, but (being quite new to debian development) I
don't know if there's any other tests I could/should be running.

Thanks for all the work on debian!

~trillian
