Hm. As far as I can recall we use upstream defaults for logging that's the
RollingFileAppender of log4cpp and size-based limited-count rotation. Only
exception is native log which is sent to syslog, which gets rotated other
ways. Thus we need no logrotate rules, please correct me if I'm wrong.

We need Etch packages as well, so we'll do. I'm not quite sure whether it
will be 2.0 or 2.1 - I vote for 2.1 once it is ready.
