In checking over this packaging to use to update other packages, I
realized that I included references to the Apache-2.0 and Expat licenses
in debian/copyright but didn't include the actual license texts or the
reference to the Apache 2.0 common-licenses file.  :/

Could you please reject this package from NEW?  I'll re-upload it with the
correct, complete copyright file.

I'm very sorry about the hassle.
