Hi Russ,

That was my fault, actually.  Sorry for that.  And thanks to *both* of
you for devoting precious weekend time to checking and fixing this.  I
was about to push a minimalistic fix myself, but you did a much better
job meanwhile.  And even converted to the new copyright format, which
I decided not to touch yet!
